The d&b audiotechnik U5N delivers performance in a compact, versatile package.
It features dual 6.5" bipole drivers paired with a 1" compression driver mounted on a tool-free, 90° × 60° rotatable horn.
This loudspeaker uses advanced horn geometry and bass‑reflex ports to extend LF response to 55 Hz (−5 dB), while maintaining 60° vertical directivity from 500 Hz and consistent 90° horizontal dispersion.
The loudspeaker features a hybrid power topology, running on AC, PoE++, or both simultaneously, with single‑cable operation carrying power, signal, control, and monitoring, while dual‑cable redundancy (2× PoE++ + 2× Milan) supports mission‑critical installations and ensures compatibility with the DN2 Milan PoE++ switch or equivalent third‑party PoE++ hardware.
