The d&b audiotechnik U3 is a 2-way point-source loudspeaker featuring dual 5" bipole drivers paired with a 0.75" compression driver mounted on a patent-pending 100° × 65° rotatable horn.

This loudspeaker uses advanced horn geometry and bass-reflex ports to extend low-frequency response to 55 Hz, while maintaining 65° vertical directivity from 500 Hz and consistent 100° horizontal dispersion.

The U3 is built from partially recycled ABS with IP54 rating, metal grille, and acoustic foam protection, equipped with integrated handle, M8 rigging points, and flexible mounting options.
