The Tensioned Advantage ceiling-recessed electric screen series offers a streamlined solution with built-in ceiling trim, effectively concealing the rough opening and eliminating the need for additional trim work after installation. This screen features a two-stage installation process: the screen case is installed during the rough-in phase, while the screen surface is assembled during the finishing phase.

With sliding installation brackets, the Tensioned Advantage allows for flexible mounting, making it easy to attach the screen housing to the structure above a drop ceiling. The addition of Da-Lite's SightLine cable drop feature, available on screens up to 177" Diagonal 16:9 and 182" Diagonal 16:10, creates a floating screen effect. This system utilizes a single roller design with 3 or 4 thin cables, eliminating the need for a traditional black drop (the black border above the screen).

Unlike traditional screens that require fixed drop distances, the SightLine feature offers variable vertical placement, accommodating up to 70" of drop distance between the ceiling and the top of the screen. This flexibility simplifies ordering and maintains architectural integrity by creating usable space above the viewing area for camera or speaker placement.

With enhanced aesthetics, easy ordering, and smooth installation, the Tensioned Advantage with SightLine seamlessly blends style with functionality, setting a new standard between conventional and exceptional.
