DiGiCo Purple Box Single-Mode 1310nm (Standard) Optics HMA
The DiGiCo Purple Box is a CAT5/MADI to optical converter designed to transmit high-channel count MADI signals over long distances. Compatible with SD or S-Series Consoles, as well as D-Rack or D2-Rack, the Purple Box transforms MADI or CAT5 signals into optical format, enabling seamless fibre transmission. It can handle any combination of two MADI or D-Rack streams simultaneously, providing 128 available channels with fully independent I/O converters for each stream. The standard interface is opticalCON, with options for ST or HMA optics available upon request.
