The Barco FS70-4K6 is a laser-phosphor projector engineered for demanding simulation applications. Featuring native WQXGA resolution with 4K UHD capability, it delivers up to 5,400 lumens of brightness, among the highest for single-chip DLP projectors at this resolution. Built for extreme durability, the FS70-4K6 is encased in protective metal to withstand rapid platform movements and vibration. With a lifespan of up to 50,000 hours, it's designed for continuous 24/7 operation without compromise. Advanced imaging technology sets this projector apart. Barco's proprietary Single Step Processing (SSP) handles all 4K UHD image processing, warp, blend, gamma, and colour, in one operation, resulting in sharper images, fewer artifacts, and reduced latency. Constant Light Output maintains predictable brightness and colour consistency over extended periods. Simulation-specific features include independent visual and IR intensity control for NVG stimulation at 740nm, dual iris and optical filters for superior contrast and black levels, and Smear Reduction Processing (SRP) to minimize motion artifacts. Dual input WQXGA @120Hz and 4K UHD @60Hz support flexible configuration options.
