The FS40-WU MKII is Barco's latest true solid-state simulation-ready projector, engineered for the most demanding training environments. Combining advanced LED illumination with Barco Pulse electronics, it delivers visual excellence and extreme reliability with minimal total cost of ownership. Designed specifically for simulation applications, the FS40-WU MKII features both RGB and dedicated IR light sources, enabling independent control of visible and infrared intensity to simulate realistic daytime and nighttime training scenarios. Dual iris and optical filters optimize contrast and deepen black levels for superior image clarity. Built for motion platforms with zero moving parts, this rock-solid projector features a magnesium alloy baseplate and multiple mounting points, making it perfectly suited for any orientation on dynamic platforms.

Its sealed DLP optical engine and solid-state LED technology eliminate lamp changes and colour adjustments for up to 75,000 hours of operation. Barco's Single Step Processing (SSP) technology delivers warp and blend capabilities with smooth images up to 240Hz frame rate. Constant Light Output (CLO) functionality ensures predictable linear brightness performance throughout the projector's lifespan.
