Dual 7-inch bass drivers powered by 500 W Class D amplification deliver extended low-frequency response down to 30 Hz, while a custom 4-inch hybrid dome/cone mid-range driver with 300 W amplification handles the critical 250 Hz to 3 kHz range. High frequencies above 3 kHz are managed by a handcrafted S-ART treble driver paired with a precision HPS waveguide and 50 W Class A/B amplifier.
The integrated DSP system optimizes crossovers for linear frequency response across the entire spectrum, offering user equalization, in-room tuning, and a factory preset that emulates ADAM Audio's legendary S3A monitor. High-frequency driver protection, AES3 digital input processing, and software updates via USB are all handled by the DSP. Designed as a midfield monitor but equally effective in compact spaces, the S3H delivers punchy, musical sound with exceptional mid-range clarity.
