Shure MX415RLP/C 15 Inch Gooseneck Cardioid Microphone
The black Shure MX415RLP/S 15" Supercardioid Microflex Modular Gooseneck Microphone is a sleek, low-profile gooseneck microphone designed for use on conference tables, podiums, altars, and lecterns where aesthetics are important. It features an interchangeable microphone cartridge design and is equipped with a supercardioid cartridge. The supercardioid pick-up pattern focuses voice capture tightly on the subject in front of the mic, reducing background sound and feedback significantly.
The 15" gooseneck includes a flexible Microflex section to facilitate precise microphone positioning. The red light ring at the top indicates the mic's On/Mute status when connected to an automatic mixer.
The MX415RLP/S is provided without a preamp, as it is primarily intended for mounting on an MXW8 or ULXD8 wireless tabletop base. Other mounting options are available with the addition of a preamplifier module. The microphone features CommShield technology for shielding against RF interference from portable wireless devices.
