JBL CBT 1000E-WH High-Output Column Extension Speaker - White

The white CBT 1000E Extension Loudspeaker from JBL features six 6.5" low-frequency drivers and a purpose-designed crossover network for use in the CBT 1000 + 1000E system. The drivers are equipped with neodymium magnet motors and 2" diameter voice coils, providing maximum flux in a compact package. The magnetic structure is magnetically shielded, and the copper pole tips reduce flux modulation and minimize distortion. The 0.62" long coil ensures linear drive and high power handling of 1500W in a compact driver.

Each driver is fitted with damped blended surrounds and coated sealed paper cones, offering moisture, UV, and salt resistance for outdoor capability. The extension speaker is housed in a tough fiberglass reinforced ABS cabinet, and its thick, heavy-duty aluminum grille ensures rust-free installation outdoors. A coupler plate is included for combining this extension speaker with the CBT 1000 array speaker (not included).
