Da-Lite 14080 Tensioned Advantage Series Complete 121x216 Ceiling Recessed Electric Screen

The Tensioned Advantage ceiling-recessed electric screen series offers a sleek solution with built-in ceiling trim to conceal the rough opening, eliminating the need for additional trim work after installation. Its innovative two-stage installation allows the screen case to be mounted during the rough-in stage, with the screen surface assembled during the finishing stage.

Featuring sliding installation brackets, the Tensioned Advantage ensures flexible mounting, allowing easy attachment of the screen housing to the structure above the drop ceiling. The addition of Da-Lite's SightLine cable drop feature—available on screens up to 177" Diagonal 16:9 and 182" Diagonal 16:10—creates the effect of a floating screen. This single roller design uses 3 or 4 thin cables, removing the need for a black drop (the black border above the screen).

Unlike traditional screens with fixed drop distances, the SightLine feature accommodates variable vertical placement with up to 70" of drop distance between the ceiling and the top of the screen. This flexibility simplifies ordering and preserves architectural aesthetics by creating usable space above the viewing area for camera or speaker placement.
