The Avante A15 is the largest 2-way speaker of the series offering powerful and detailed audio from its 15-inch woofer. The active speakers require no external power amp making them easy to unload and set up, while the built-in DSP (Digital Signal Processor) offers a range of presets to optimize the output for any situation.
The sleek look and lightweight design of the Avante A15 is provided by an all-black H-PP molded enclosure and 1.2mm steel grill, weighing in at a total of 42lbs. A subtle and stylish Avante logo sits at the center of the grill, which swivels to match the horizontal or vertical orientation of the speaker. The construction is solid with handles on the top and side for easy transportation.
Ready for anythingA socket on the base of the A15 speaker allows for it to be pole mounted in dual positions: 0° or 7° depending on what’s best for your venue. Two fly points are located on the top of the speaker with a third on the back. The A15 can also be wall-mounted or used as a ground monitor, making it an extremely versatile unit. The Achromic series was designed to be the best choice for a wide range of uses: live music venues, places of worship, audio production companies, rental houses, one-off usage, permanent installation, or even as the valued unit of a touring production.
Superior audio clarityThe Avante A15 15-inch 2-way speaker produces a powerful output with superior audio clarity. It offers a 1m SPL of 124dB, and a full-range frequency output of 45Hz to 20kHz at -10dB, projecting with a 90° by 60° spread. The A15 is an active speaker and easy to set up; simply connect it to power and feed an audio signal into the combined XLR 1/4-inch jack on the rear. The A15 also features a pair of RCA connections for additional input options, and a balanced XLR output for a serial set-up.
Built-in DSP presetsThe LCD on the back of the A15 speaker provides a range of DSP presets to optimize the output for various settings. Use the Control Knob to manually adjust the EQ, or select one of the Live, Club, or Speech presets. Alter the crossover frequency to match with a paired subwoofer, and input the position of the speaker for even further audio improvements. The DSP makes it easy to get the best possible sound out of the Avante A15 active speakers.
