Rewards

As of December 3, 2024, it will not be possible to accrue new reward points. All accrued reward points must be used for purchase before January 17, 2025. After such date, our reward program will be discontinued and you will not be able to redeem your points.

Prior to January 17, 2025, if you have points to spend, they will be available at checkout and we will notify you when points are available. Simply select the number of points you would like to use.

To the extent permitted by law, Solotech makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, with respect to its reward program or any of the rewards or benefits offered through it. Solotech shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or other damages arising out of or in connection with our reward program, even if Solotech has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Solotech may disclose personal information we collect through our reward program to the third-party service provider (Yotpo) for purposes of administering the program or providing rewards or benefits to program participants.
