Incorporating a variety of transducers that cover the entire audio spectrum, the RCF OEM loudspeaker line is designed to optimize the purity of sound, featuring an absence of distortion while also able to sustain extremely high power levels over a long period of time. Boasting over 70 years of experience in the market, RCF prides itself on the development of advanced transducer technology that utilizes high-tech materials like Neodymium, Carbon Fiber, Pure Titanium, Kevlar, Kapton, and Mylar hybrids.
Started in 1949 in the Italian town of Reggio Emilia, RCF began with three founders that had a revolutionary vision for the future of sound when they manufactured early microphones and OEM loudspeakers, considered niche technology at the time. The company evolved during the 1950s into the producers of a robust line of public address equipment. The professional market was their next target which led to the design and manufacturing of transducers.
The 1960s were a time of great change for concert sound and RCF was perfectly positioned to service the needs of a coming generation. Transitioning from small acoustic gatherings to big venues and outdoor spaces required the electric amplification of voices and other low-volume instruments. Due to its in-depth knowledge of transducers and electronics, RCF was able to develop complete audio systems, making them a leading light in multiple audio markets over the course of many decades.
